Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior or glass repair experience to join our growing team.

You will be highly skilled in repairing upholstery and glass, color matching, and using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Carvana offers a competitive wage, 401(k) with company match, a vehicle purchase discount, and generous perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, gloves, or other protective garments.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged upholstery (cloth, leather, vinyl, and fabric).
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching.
• Color matching and dyeing of fabrics and cloths.
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields.
