As an Associate Attorney at Morrison Mahoney, you will take on a dynamic and engaging role that offers an ideal balance of independent responsibility and collaborative teamwork. You will manage your own caseload from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials; and ensuring meticulous compliance with all court deadlines and scheduling requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to develop and execute effective litigation strategies. Clear and consistent client communication will be essential, including providing regular updates and comprehensive written status reports.
