Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, memoranda, and discovery responses
• Support litigation strategies involving Daubert and Rule 702 motions
• Collaborate with experts and oversee research and analysis
• Supervise junior associates and contribute to their development
• Engage with clients for legal guidance and updates
• Participate in depositions and fact development
• Contribute to case strategy design and implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience, preferably in large or high-stakes environments
• Expertise in legal writing, especially related to Daubert and Rule 702
• Experience with product liability, pharmaceutical, or medical device litigation preferred
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts; New York admission encouraged

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable institution
