Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a Mid-Level AI Software Test Engineer to shape the quality of AI-powered applications and services. You will design, automate, and execute tests for AI models, workflows, and APIs, ensuring accuracy, safety, and production readiness across complex systems.

Collaborating with software and AI engineers, product owners, and security teams, you will implement CI/CD integrated testing, build robust test data and frameworks, and drive quality standards and governance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of software testing, QA automation, or quality engineering.
• Experience with automated test solutions using Python, Java, JS/TS, or C#.
• Experience with API testing and automation tools (Postman).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies for AI apps and services.
• Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, reliability, and safety.
• Design and run functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance tests.
• Create test cases for prompt-driven and agentic AI workflows.
• Build automated test frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Implement quality scoring and regression detection.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and security teams.
• Support production readiness and defect triage.
