Job summary

Artemis Consulting, LLC, is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Management Analyst/Consultant to support DoN/NAVWAR in Washington, DC. This full-time, onsite role at the Washington Navy Yard involves financial data entry, budget assistance, and cross-team collaboration to improve government financial management.

The candidate should have 3–7 years Navy/DoD finance experience, DoD PPBE familiarity, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. Strong Excel and data-visualization skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Financial Management Analyst/Consultant to support the Department of Navy (DoN) and Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, onsite position located at the Washington Navy Yard.

You will be working with a team of consultants to provide specialized accounting and financial management to government clients. This role combines independent tasking with daily collaboration across teams and clients.

Key Focus Areas Include

• Supporting complex financial Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) and programmatic issues
• Developing and executing DoD budgets and annual financial spend plans
• Performing account analysis/reconciliation, variance analysis, financial tracking, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advising clients on key financial and operational issues

Responsibilities
