Job summary

Energy One America in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a skilled Spray Foam Installer to join our Mid-Atlantic team. This full-time role covers insulation installation on commercial projects across the region, requiring safe work practices and the ability to read technical drawings.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive production pay, per diem for travel, and comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have experience in insulation installations or related construction trades.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE knowledge.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift 60 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Install foam evenly to walls, roofs, ceilings and surfaces to required thickness.
• Operate spray foam rigs, proportioners, hoses and spray guns safely and efficiently.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning surfaces, masking areas and setting up equipment.
• Measure and mix insulation materials according to manufacturer specs.
• Inspect completed work for proper adhesion and compliance with project timelines.
