• Perform thorough patient assessments and titration of medications.
• Manage ventilators and invasive lines and respond to rapid changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Precept and educate patients, families, and peers; uphold safety and infection-prevention standards.
