Job summary

Mapjects is seeking a MicroStrategy developer with 1-5 years of BI experience. The role focuses on building reporting and dashboards using MicroStrategy, participating in agile cycles, and collaborating with Database, ETL and software teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

Tech candidates should have a BS/MS in CS or related fields and a strong interest in data-driven product improvements. The position may require DC/VA work with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of BI software development experience and preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering or other technical discipline.
• Demonstrated development experience in Microstrategy Reporting & Dashboards.
• Experience in agile development, application design, software development, and testing.
• Experience with MPP and Relational Databases.
• Experience with ETL, Java development, or Unix scripting preferred.
• Passionate about creating great technology products and is always looking for creative & innovative solutions to meet or exceed our business partners' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions using MicroStrategy Reporting and Dashboards.
