Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks an experienced Microsoft Copilot pre-sales strategist on our Global Solutions and Architecture team. You will advise organizations adopting Copilot across Microsoft 365 and workflow platforms, delivering adoption strategies and custom AI experiences.

Responsibilities include leading executive engagements, designing deployment strategies for Power Automate, and building prototypes and integrations in our labs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles focused on Microsoft 365, AI, and automation.
• Proven track record with executive-level engagement and strategic technology consulting.
• Experience designing and deploying Copilot agents and integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Support executive discussions on AI strategy involving Power Platform, Copilot Studio, adoption, and organizational impact.
• Lead workshops on Copilot adoption and Power Platform governance and compliance.
• Develop deployment strategies for the Power Automate portfolio.
• Identify Copilot, Power Platform automation opportunities and prototype workflows.
• Build prototypes and integrations in our labs.
• Demonstrate ability to integrate Power Platform with enterprise APIs.

About The Role

The Microsoft TSA - Copilot is a trusted advisor and technical strategist for organizations adopting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 and business workflows. This Pre-Sales role on our Global Solutions and Architecture team combines deep technical expertise, executive-level communication skills, and change management leadership to deliver Copilot adoption strategies and custom AI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support executive discussions on AI strategy involving Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, adoption, and organizational impact.
• Present and lead workshops focusing on Copilot adoption, Power Platform best practices including governance and compliance.
• Assist in developing deployment strategies for the Microsoft Power Automate portfolio.
• Help customers identify Copilot, Power Platform automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Copilot Studio opportunities. Identify workflows best suited for prototype/pilot.
• Build prototypes, integrations, and best practice examples in our labs.
• Proven track record integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems with APIs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles,focsed on Microsoft 365, Ai technologies, and automation platforms.
• Proven track record of executive-level engagement and strategic technology consulting.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform automation.
• Ability to design and deploy custom Copilot agents and integrate them with automated workflows.
• Solid scripting or coding knowledge
• Proven track record integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems with APIs
• Experience facilitating workshops or hackathons.
• Understanding of organizational change management and adoption strategies.

Salary

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
