Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products in Houston. You’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and relevant recommendations that build confidence and excitement about technology.

You’ll stay current on Microsoft product knowledge through required trainings and self-development, help create memorable customer experiences, and maintain department merchandising and organization in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
