You will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, monitor platform health, and help with governance, security, and administration across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical support or IT operations, familiarity with the Power Platform, and experience with ITSM tools like

Qualifications

• Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.

• Logical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Time management and task prioritization.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
• Willingness to escal[ate] when needed.

Responsibilities
