Eliassen Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to provide technical and functional leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Our client seeks a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to provide technical and functional leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The architect will partner with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategy.
• Lead design workshops and architectural reviews.
• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, and integration approaches.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support roadmap planning and future-state architecture.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 architecture experience.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
