Job summary

RSM US LLP in Chicago is seeking an intern to join the Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement practice. You will participate in learning D365 CE solutions across Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, PSA and Marketing, work directly with clients, and help design, build and document system enhancements.

You will assist in requirements gathering, perform business analyst functions, contribute to design documentation, configure the application, validate solutions with clients, and support training

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science or other related business fields
• 90 credit hours completed
• Ability to travel
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

As an intern in the Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement (CE) practice, you will actively participate in learning the D365 CE solutions, including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, PSA and Marketing applications, and engage in the full cycle of software implementation. This will include working directly with clients, learning their business and gathering the requirements of a tailored, effective software solution. Interns will have integral involvement in designing, building and documenting system enhancements, and then testing the results and training customer personnel in their use.

Basic Qualifications

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $33 - $39 per hour
