Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 engineering and support professional for a global Enterprise Workplace & Collaboration team in Kentucky. You will implement, administer, and support Purview, Copilot, and AI-enabled services, ensuring regulatory compliance and security controls.

Responsibilities include deployment and administration of Purview and Copilot capabilities, access management, collaboration with security teams, and contributing to documentation and service

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 or equivalent cloud services.
• Experience administering Purview compliance and information protection capabilities.
• Experience supporting or administering Copilot and AI-enabled productivity services.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments; financial services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a global engineering team and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred – MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-500, SC-400, MS-102) preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and support Microsoft 365, Purview, Copilot, and AI-enabled services in an enterprise environment.
• Support alignment with business, regulatory, and technology requirements.
• Manage access controls and security configurations for Copilot and Entra ID.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of Copilot capabilities.
• Collaborate with security teams and business partners to deliver compliant AI-enabled solutions.
• Participate in incident resolution, problem management, escalation, and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and provide adoption recommendations.
• Support monitoring, resiliency practices, and service reliability.
