This role contributes to the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of collaboration, compliance, and AI-enabled productivity solutions while helping ensure platforms remain secure, compliant, stable, and operationally resilient.**You will be responsible for:*** Support the Enterprise Workplace & Collaboration team in delivering Microsoft 365, Purview, Copilot, and AI-enabled services aligned with business, regulatory, and technology requirements.* Implement, administer, and maintain Microsoft Purview services including information protection, sensitivity labeling, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, audit, and insider risk.* Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of Microsoft Copilot services, including access management, security controls, and operational support.* Assist with the implementation and administration of Copilot extensibility and agentic AI solutions in alignment with enterprise governance standards.* Participate in problem management, incident resolution, escalation support, and root cause analysis across Microsoft 365, Purview, and Copilot platforms.* Collaborate with engineering peers, architects, security teams, and business partners to deliver collaboration, compliance, and AI-enabled solutions.* Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and service improvement initiatives.* Assist in evaluating new Microsoft 365, Purview, and Copilot capabilities and provide recommendations for adoption and operational readiness.* Support operational standards, procedures, monitoring, and resiliency practices to maintain service reliability and effectiveness.**The Experience you Bring*** 2-4 years of experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 or equivalent Microsoft cloud services in an enterprise environment.* Experience administering Microsoft Purview compliance and information protection capabilities.* Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity services.* Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and MFA.* Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment; financial services experience is preferred.* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.* Ability to work effectively within a global engineering team and manage multiple priorities.* Bachelor's degree preferred - in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or related field* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, SC-400, MS-102) preferred or in progress### #LI-SD1# **Full Time / Part Time**Full time# **Worker Type**Employee# **Job Exempt (Yes / No)**Yes# **Workplace Model**Pursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
