At Parts Town the Senior Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for the administration, engineering, support, governance, and continuous improvement of Parts Town's Microsoft 365 collaboration platform. This position serves as the primary technical owner and escalation point for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID collaboration services. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong operational discipline, and a passion for delivering secure and user-friendly collaboration solutions. This role works directly within the technology every day, providing Tier 3 support, driving platform improvements, automating administrative processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to maximize the value of the Microsoft 365 platform.
