Job summary

IBSS Corp. in Washington, DC is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Azure Administrator/Engineer to support a secure federal enterprise environment.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration, identity and access management with Azure AD, Windows Server services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and PowerShell automation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of leading tenant, server, and hybrid migrations while maintaining reliability, security, and compliance in an onsite

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years in systems/cloud administration or identity engineering.
Hands-on experience with M365/Exchange migrations, Entra ID, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments, including mailbox administration.
Lead migrations: hybrid, cutover, and staged migrations.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.
Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and runbooks.
Support hybrid cloud, server, and tenant migrations with security/compliance focus.
Document configurations and produce operational runbooks.
