United States Digital Space LLC located in Redmond is seeking a Microelectronics Process Engineer to develop cutting-edge manufacturing processes for next-generation electro-optic devices. This role involves managing new product introduction and collaborating closely with design teams to enhance manufacturability and reliability.

As a Microelectronics Process Engineer for Optical Products, you will develop cutting‑edge manufacturing processes for next‑generation electro‑optic devices critical to the success of our satellite constellation. You will work closely with design teams (electrical/mechanical), software teams, equipment vendors, and production technicians to take products from NPI to high‑volume manufacturing. This role covers microelectronics manufacturing processes such as die attach, wire‑bond, AOI, and active alignment.
Pay Range: Level 1: $105,000.00 – $122,500.00; Level 2: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company.
