Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst - Mid to support defense analytics on microelectronics and related industrial programs at JBAB, Washington, DC. You will conduct all-source production and deliver strategic assessments for foreign defense capabilities across defense sectors.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly within the past seven years, a bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Degree plus experience or equivalent experience in all-source analytics.

Responsibilities

• As a defense all-source analyst, conduct analytic production on foreign defense programs and capabilities.
• Produce strategic-level assessments on research, development, acquisition, test and production of foreign weapons systems.

Description

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. You’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience withdefense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
• Knowledge of Microelectronics.
