Job summary
Caltech in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Research Lab Technician for a full-time, 2-year term position. The successful candidate will contribute to lab projects focused on human health, utilizing advanced techniques in microbiology and molecular biology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science with an emphasis in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on lab experience in microbiology, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry.
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical workflows in the laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Support graduate students, postdocs, and research staff in their projects.
- Perform exceptionally high-quality experiments using established protocols.
- Analyze raw data and generate figures.
