Job summary

NAMSA in Ohio seeks an Associate to perform routine test article preparation and testing per NAMSA SOPs. You will collect data, record it accurately, and support GMP/GLP operations in a compliant lab.

Qualifications

• High School or Bachelor's degree required with/without experience as specified.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP guidelines and NAMSA SOPs.
• Knowledge of data evaluation, experimental design and scientific applications.
• Ability to work in GLP/GMP environments.

About the Role

The Associate will perform routine test article/product preparation, execute routine testing, and conduct routine calculations per NAMSA SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collects and records raw data in logbooks and on worksheets.
• May be responsible for checking laboratory equipment, being on-call, and responding to continuous monitoring alarms as applicable.
• If needed, respond in accordance with criteria outlined in Standard Operating Procedures.
• May be required to perform specific testing as applicable.
• May be required to operate specified laboratory equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and at least 2 years of experience, or bachelor's degree and no experience.

Required Skills

• Sound judgment with effective decision-making skills and the ability to solve problems or **escalate** as needed.
• Awareness of applicable guidelines and regulations including, but not limited to USP, ISO, CTFA, FSA.
• Knowledge of metric system, NAMSA GLP and/or GMP testing, scientific applications, experimental design, and data evaluation.
• Ability to work in GLP/GMP environment.
