Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a lab science required and CLIA supervisor qualification.
• Four years of nonwaived testing training/experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• High level technical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and standardize procedures and policies across sites.
• Lead QC/QA program development and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support during inspections and for problem solving.
• Mentor staff and develop training and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with system management to optimize cost-effectiveness of testing.
