Job summary

The role ensures cGMP adherence, supports investigations, validations, and continuous improvement, and operates essential lab equipment while preparing media and reagents. Bachelor's degree required with knowledge of microbial testing and environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science-related field.
• Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and laboratory practices.
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related regulated environment.
• Experience with environmental monitoring, water testing, endotoxin testing, and microbial identification is preferred.
• Proficiency in laboratory documentation and computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, drugs, and products per regulations.
• Support cGMP compliance, investigations, validations, and continuous improvement.
• Operate autoclaves, pH meters, microscopes, and other lab equipment.
• Prepare culture media, reagents, and stock cultures for testing.
• Review documentation and ensure equipment qualification and calibration.
