Job summary

i‑Pharm Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Control for sterile manufacturing with a strong microbiology leadership focus. This high-visibility role partners with Quality Leadership to shape the Analytical and Microbiology QC functions during a period of rapid site expansion and investment in new facilities and equipment.

You will lead and develop teams, drive change, and deliver critical QC strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive QC leadership experience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience within sterile manufacturing, parenterals, injectables, biologics, or related setting.
• A strong track record of leading and developing teams.
• Experience driving change and supporting growing organisations.
• A strong blend of Quality Control and Microbiology expertise, with microbiology forming a significant part of background.
