Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Recent experience in a laboratory setting.
• Certification as MT/MLS Generalist or Specialty Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical activities in the lab.
• Supervise the lab staff to ensure quality of service.
• Develop quality control programs and performance standards.
• Evaluate new methods and coordinate the implementation.
• Serve as a technical consultant to medical staff.
• Maintain competence by performing testing as needed.
