Qualifications

• Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related science from an accredited institution.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific information and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform high/moderate/waived laboratory testing per SOPs.
• Identify and correct instrument malfunctions and document troubleshooting.
• Verify and report test results with independence and accuracy.
• Support physicians in interpreting results and ensuring proper quality control.
