• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent
• 0-2 years phlebotomy or laboratory experience preferred
• Familiarity with LIS/Data entry systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, finger stick, and heel sticks per policy
• Identify and label specimens accurately at collection
• Enter collection data into LIS and verify accuracy
• Maintain specimen handling and transport per CAP/CLIA guidelines
• Support daily lab tasks and assist team to maintain workflow
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards; maintain clean work areas
