SCA Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Microbiology Analyst I to support the Microbiology Department through data processing and environmental microbiological testing. The role involves daily laboratory duties, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining accurate records. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in Windsor, CT.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree and laboratory experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required or preferred.
• Laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with membrane filtration for sterility testing.
• Perform environmental monitoring and endotoxin testing.
• Maintain daily logs and documentation.
• Support laboratory inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure GMP compliance in all activities.
