Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Microbiology or related life science and have 1+ year of lab experience, though strong academics are considered for entry-level applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related life science field.
• 1+ year of laboratory experience preferred; strong academics considered for entry-level.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile processing.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP laboratory practices.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine microbiological testing including bioburden, sterility, and environmental monitoring.
• Prepare culture media, reagents, and testing materials following SOPs.
• Collect and process samples according to established procedures.
• Document all testing activities accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to protocols.
• Assist in the investigation of deviations and out-of-specification results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
