Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, medical technology, natural sciences, chemistry, or biology.
  • Two years or more of laboratory experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and laboratory techniques such as filtration and media preparation.

Job description

Perform and verify microbiological tests on samples of raw materials, finished products, water, environmental monitoring, microorganism identification, growth promotion, electrophoresis, phage detection, and others, in compliance with established standards. Execute your role in accordance with the established performance behaviors, using them as a guide in your interactions with others.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Medical Technology, Natural Sciences, Chemistry, or Biology
  • Two years or more of laboratory or related experience, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Experience handling equipment such as pH meters, balances, among others
  • Knowledge of microbiological techniques, such as filtration, preparation of culture media, among others
