Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies - New Richmond is a precision manufacturing site focused on micro molding and assembly for medical devices. The team operates molding machines, trims, assembles, and inspects parts to meet exacting quality standards.

The role supports process improvements and adheres to ISO 13485 guidelines. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, blueprint-reading skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Tier 1: 0-3+ years of general manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Tier 2: 3-5+ years of plastic injection molding or medical device assembly experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring devices; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Molding Machine Operation, Trimming & Assembly - follow procedures and trim parts.
• Quality Control & Inspection - perform checks and document defects.
• Workstation Maintenance & Housekeeping - keep area clean and compliant with ISO 13485.
