Stryker in Detroit, MI is seeking a Sports Medicine Regional Manager to lead a sales team, drive regional performance, and hire and develop top talent. You will set regional sales strategies, coach representatives, and ensure targets are met while aligning with the company’s mission to improve healthcare.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success.
• Knowledge of sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Leadership experience in managing teams or projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee sales activity, productivity standards, territory management, schedules and time management for the sales team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals; conduct quarterly training sessions and reviews.
• Review sales data and commissions; manage target pipelines and align with goals.
• Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and strategy.
• Submit quarterly reports and coordinate with Marketing and Corporate Accounts.
• Foster a competitive team environment and support top Target Accounts and competitive situations.
• Provide daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with sales team members.
• Reinforce Stryker Corporate Sales philosophy and culture.
