Job Type: Full time Exempt/Non Exempt: Hourly Job Description: Location Details: Dearborn, Michigan Position Schedule / Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST Employees will report to the Dearborn, Michigan administrative office on an at needed basis. All employees will be notified in advance when reporting is required.
Position Summary: Join our team as a Claim Support Processor, where you'll play a vital role in keeping claims operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you'll support the Claims department through document processing, data entry, customer interactions, claim assignment, and administrative support activities that help deliver exceptional service to our members. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and making an impact behind the scenes.
Work Environment: This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
Compensation A Michigan Claim Support Processor earns a competitive hourly salary of $16.00 - $19.00, along with the opportunity for an annual company bonus incentive.
