A leading hotel and events company in New York is looking for a sales professional to support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events). The role involves developing offers, coordinating activities, and building client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, and prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred. A good command of English and a desire to grow within the sales department are essential. The company offers opportunities for professional development and a friendly work atmosphere.

• Cooperation with business clients to meet their needs and expectations related to the organization of business meetings.
• Developing commercial offers, contracts, and cooperation terms intended for the MICE segment (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Events).
• Implementation of sales plans and active search for new clients and business partners.
• Coordination of activities related to the organization of MICE events and support in their execution.
• Maintaining constant contact with clients and building long-term business relationships.
• Monitoring the market and competitors' activities as well as analyzing trends.
• Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.

• Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry is welcome.
