Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. seeks a dependable Loader/Unloader for a full-time, temp-to-perm role in Miami, FL. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, load/unload shipments, pack orders, and perform product inspections in a physically demanding environment.

This position offers overtime as needed, potential Saturday work, and room to grow within the organization. Must lift up to 75 pounds, pass background and drug tests, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 75 pounds.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, load and unload for extended periods.
• Flexibility for varying start/end times and overtime.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload containers and trailers.
• Assist with offloading large items in the yard.
• Perform product inspections and identify issues.
• Complete rework and special warehouse projects as needed.
• Move and organize warehouse materials and products.
• Use RF handheld scanning equipment when required; experience is a plus but not required initially.
• Maintain communication and collaborate with warehouse team.
• Follow instructions and established procedures.
• Support different warehouse functions as needed.
