Fusion Medical Staffing - Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Miami, FL. You'll join a dedicated clinical team, evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore independence in diverse care settings.
This travel role requires a valid PT license, current BLS certification, and a 36‑hour work week with 12‑hour day shifts. New grads are welcome; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, along with related
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
- New grads welcome to apply; related licenses may be required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
- Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
- Educate patients on home exercise and prevention strategies.
- Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control compliance.
- Assist with discharge planning and community/home-based transitions.
