Responsibilities

• Research, resolve, document and respond to provider, practice, business partner or administrator inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate with providers, practices and other departments to ensure accurate information for business needs.
• Add and update Benefits Limits, Groups, Plans, new providers, and new locations in system.
• Upload fee schedules to applicable systems.
• Set up direct deposits accurately.
• Configure and provide web portal access to clients.
• Generate and deliver reports in a timely manner.
• Perform new business configuration setups per established processes.
• Deliver requested information within specified timeframes.
• Maintain high writing and verbal communication standards with providers.
