The part-time position includes a $33.00 per hour rate, $50 base pay for a 90-minute tour, tips, bonuses, and flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• A deep passion for history, storytelling, and historic research.
• Strong public speaking skills to engage and educate your tour groups.
• Prior experience as a bartender, acting or theater experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of up to 20 guests on walking pub crawl tours lasting 1.5 to 2 hours through historic Miami.
• Deliver fun, compelling historical narratives, true crime accounts, and ghost stories with enthusiasm and professional public speaking skills.
• Coordinate with partner venues and bar staff to ensure smooth group transitions and a welcoming experience at each stop.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer guest questions, and facilitate a memorable, entertainment-driven tour experience.
