Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to lead a field team and oversee land surveying activities in South Florida. You will coordinate daily field operations, ensure safety, and maintain quality and productivity across diverse surveying and infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong leadership, outdoor work willingness in hot conditions, and the ability to travel within South Florida. Excellent communication with project managers and office staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying experience preferred.
• Previous Survey Crew Chief / Party Chief experience strongly preferred.
• Strong field leadership and crew-management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat and challenging terrain.
• Ability to work a typical 5-day schedule with occasional Saturdays.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Florida as needed.
