Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Operations Leader for the OneMHS Installation & Deployment team. This field-based role oversees multi-site MHE installation projects ranging from greenfield to brownfield builds, coordinating on-site teams through commissioning and handover.

You will own schedules, procurement, logistics, and budget administration for projects valued from $50M to $100M+. Daily coordination with mechanical, electrical, and controls leads ensures safe, on-time completion at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly managing multiple large projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project schedule for MHE installation across sites.
• Coordinate daily activities across on-site project teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning.
• Lead vendor schedule reviews and resolve schedule conflicts.
• Manage procurement workflows and invoice controls using Coupa.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning.
