Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in health administration, public health, health policy, business administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree in health administration, public health, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration or higher education management.
  • Experience designing, launching, or revising graduate curricula to align with accreditation standards.
  • Direct experience with programmatic self-study, candidacy, or accreditation review.
  • Scholarly productivity and graduate-level teaching effectiveness.
  • Deep operational knowledge of the US healthcare delivery system, policy, and informatics.

Responsibilities

  • Translate program proposals into a CAHME-compliant, functional program.
  • Lead CAHME eligibility, candidacy applications, and data collection frameworks.
  • Build foundational industry and academic partnerships for residency and placements.
  • Finalize policies, admissions criteria, and student materials aligned with standards.
  • Recruit and onboard core and adjunct faculty; set teaching standards.
  • Deliver core graduate coursework and maintain an active scholarship portfolio.
  • Support student admissions and advising with enrollment marketing collaboration.
