Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations in our Kentucky area. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping while driving efficiency and accuracy across processes.

You will coach and develop warehouse associates, maintain safety standards, and partner with branch leadership to support service objectives. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, training, and performance expectations, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations experience.
• Prior leadership experience managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Develop and coach warehouse associates while driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
