Federal Express Corporation is seeking a logistics supervisor to plan, organize, and staff daily pickup and delivery operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and productivity. You will coach drivers, adjust routes, and resolve complex issues while maintaining safety and compliance.

Plans, organizes, directs and staffs daily operations for pickup and delivery (P&D) to provide outstanding service to customers, meeting service and productivity goals.
High School diploma/GED.
Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational and communications skills. Basic PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Office software. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the motor carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Pay: 5,960.29 - 9,834.48 USD Monthly
