This position may be eligible for a hybrid remote work arrangement upon completion of 6-month probationary period, with consideration to the business needs of KUNM.
Individual contributions are the largest and most important part of KUNM's revenue model. Individuals who contribute to KUNM are considered "members" of the station. Reporting to the Director of Development and overseeing a team of two full-time data and membership specialists, the Manager, Membership Services stewards and grows membership revenue of a major market public broadcasting station by developing and overseeing the implementation of, and/or participates in, a variety of fundraising initiatives targeting individual donors.
The Manager, Membership Services plans, develops, implements, and manages all membership services activities for KUNM using a range of marketing media and techniques aligned with industry best practices. You will also participate in the development and implementation of long-range fundraising strategies and programs.
Finally, you will partner with colleagues in the Audience Department to ensure organizational strategies in on-air, digital fundraising and community engagement are coordinated and effective.

Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
