Job summary

IGT in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Information Security Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will oversee PCI DSS, SOX, and SOC2 control implementations across departments, and develop security policies and documentation to support business objectives.

The role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in project leadership, policy creation, and audit management to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in information security management, governance, or security assessment.
• Experience managing PCI compliance controls and security audit programs.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks (PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2).
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience developing security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reports and business documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security governance and compliance programs across multiple departments.

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
