DPR Construction in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Senior Leader to head the Integration Engineering team responsible for building, managing, and monitoring enterprise data integrations across applications, data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms.

You will oversee scalable pipelines and governance frameworks to ensure secure data movement, while aligning with enterprise data strategies and BI priorities. Strong leadership and cloud-experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages Integration Engineering team members, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
• Oversees development and maintenance of enterprise integration pipelines supporting internal system connectivity and data transformation.
• Establishes operational standards for data mapping, transformation, observability, and performance optimization.
• Ensures adherence to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards across all integration solutions.
• Aligns integration initiatives with business intelligence, analytics, and data platform priorities.
• Monitors delivery performance, technical risk, and resource capacity across integration portfolios.

Job Summary:

Education Qualifications:

Anticipated starting pay range:

$117,000.00- $200,200.00
