Chartwells Higher Education in the United States seeks a District Marketing Manager to engage guests through social media, surveys, and focus groups to assess guest satisfaction and identify opportunities for new service concepts, menus, and delivery options.
The role leads campus marketing efforts, develops annual plans to achieve sales goals across meals, retail, residential experience, and catering, and partners with university communities to promote sustainability and nutritional awareness
Reports To: Vice President of Operations

Job Summary:
The District Marketing Manager will actively engage all guests with the use of but not limited to social media platforms, survey tools and focus groups to determine Guest Satisfaction, assess opportunities for new points of service, concepts, menus and delivery, etc.
