Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Lynwood, California, is seeking a Maternal–Fetal Medicine specialist (full-time, part-time or per diem) to join a well-established practice serving the Southeast Los Angeles County high-risk obstetric population.

Our team delivers high-level perinatology services with a Level III NICU and close collaboration with St. Francis Medical Center. Inpatient and outpatient care, advanced imaging, genetics counseling and antepartum fetal monitoring are integral to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Maternal–Fetal Medicine.
• Strong proficiency in detailed obstetric ultrasound interpretation.
• Comfort managing complex, high-risk obstetric cases.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk obstetric care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform and interpret detailed obstetric ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with St. Francis Medical Center, Prime Healthcare and affiliated physicians.
• Manage call schedule and protect non-clinical time for records, compliance and education.
