Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center – Boise, Idaho is seeking a part-time MFM Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound, duplex studies, and related procedures according to approved protocols. The role requires scheduling and obtaining patient history and evaluating exam appropriateness, with some travel between sites.

The ideal candidate holds RDMS with OB/GYN, NT certification within one year, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RDMS with OB/GYN required.
• NT certification within 1 year of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in science or allied health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound, physiologic, and duplex studies per protocols.
• Schedule and obtain patient history.
• Evaluate appropriateness of exams and assist with procedures.
• Some travel between sites expected.
