Job summary

Rush Copley Medical Center seeks an experienced OB ultrasonographer with at least five years of OB ultrasound experience to join our Maternal-Fetal Medicine team. The candidate must hold OB/GYN certification and be ARDMS registered, with proficiency in growth studies, targeted exams, Doppler velocimetry, fetal heart assessments, AFI and biophysical profiles.

Training and supervision of students and new technologists also form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of OB ultrasound experience.
• Certification in OB/GYN and ARDMS registry required.
• Proficient in growth studies, targeted exams, Doppler velocimetry, fetal heart studies, AFI and BPP.

Responsibilities

• Train/supervise students and new technologists.
• Assist with ultrasound guidance during invasive procedures.
• Perform routine OB/GYN ultrasonography under supervision.

Job description

Seeking an experienced ultrasonographer with at least five years OB experience is required. Must possess certification in OB/GYN and ARDMS registry. The MFM Sonographer will perform growth studies, targeted ultrasound exams, doplar velocimetry, fetal heart studies, amniotic fluid index and biophysical profiles. Will assist with continuous ultrasound guidance with invasive procedures. Will also assume training/supervisory responsibilities of students and/or new technologists.
